  5.   Welcome to the demo version of  Macintosh Football Manager.  This  file contains important information about ordering the game.

  7.   MFM is shareware, which means that registration is necessary if you  wish to play the full version. You are welcome to play this unregistered version for as long as you wish but it allows only 15 matches before restarting becomes necessary. The full version allows saving of games, unlimited match play, incorporates a database editor for updating teams and players, has better play management, and comes with a detailed printed manual.

  11.   MFM costs either £20 or $35 depending upon your location.
  12.   These prices are inclusive of postage(air mail).

  14.   There are three payment methods:  cheque, postal order, or cash. 
  15. Unfortunately I cannot yet handle credit card payments.

  19.     Only cheques in British pounds(£) and drawn on a bank in the United Kingdom are acceptable because the bank charges involved in converting non British cheques are high (typically £15 per cheque).

  21.         Registration with a cheque costs £20.

  26.     Only British postal orders are acceptable due to the reason above.

  33.     When paying by cash you can pay either in British pounds(£) or American dollars($). If you must send cash then I recommend using recorded delivery: this is the method I personally use when ordering software from outside the UK  and I have always found it reliable.
